The ICP-ATF is the first step towards becoming an Agile Coach. Being one of the two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching Track, ICP ATF focuses primarily on building efficient facilitators. With a prime focus on teaching aspiring leaders the know-hows of agile coaches, the course provides all tools and techniques packed in a carefully designed workshop.
