How Can You Become a Certified Professional ICAgile Enterprise Coach?
In order to become an ICAgile professional coach, you’ll need to meet a number of criteria to demonstrate your Agile coaching expertise and enterprise transformation experience.
First, you’ll need to complete ICAgile – Agile coaching – ICP-ACC (ICC-ACC) and get your certification. The ICAgile coaching course will teach you the basics of agile coaching, such as the agile mindset, coaching methods, and facilitating skills.
Second, you’ll need to take an ICAgile certified professional – Agile team facilitator course and earn the ICP-ATF certification. This course focuses on developing Agile team meeting and workshop facilitator skills.Thirdly, you’ll need to complete ICAgile – Agile coaching for enterprise transformation certification.This course teaches you how to coach enterprise-level Agile transformations, such as how to collaborate with senior leadership and change agents.
In addition to the courses listed above, you will also need to have at least two years of experience as a coach or equivalent in Agile. This can be gained through coaching Agile groups, running Agile meetings or working as a consultant in Agile.Next, you’ll need to sign up for the enterprise coaching experience log . It’s a log that tracks your coaching experience over a period of at least 18 months, with a minimum of 1,500 hours to demonstrate your enterprise coaching experience and ability to collaborate with large organizations.You’ll then go through an Enterprise Coaching Professional Development program, where you’ll be guided by an IC-Agile Authorized Instructor to hone your coaching skills
